At Luluza.shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our product, we only accept returns under the following condition:

Return Eligibility

• We only accept returns if the product arrives damaged or defective .

• The customer must inform us on the same day of delivery with proof (photos or videos).

• If eligible, we will arrange return shipping at our cost .

Refunds

• Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (COD refund instructions will be provided).

Non-Returnable Items

• We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or defects.
